Public Works it out
The weather is hot and sweaty in the city which means tons of people out in the streets, getting reckless and generally doing wierd shit. In celebration of the current heat wave I planted some vegetables in my back yard. I’m not sure how this is all going to end up but if it all works out I’m going to have a ton of salad to share with you all.
ANYWAYS…on to the good stuff.
Friday night I am rocking the decks for a good cause at the Reason to Party event at Public Works. This is a party to benefit Dolores Street Community Services build the first ever LGBT homeless shelter in San Francisco. Live entertainment including aerial silk performers on two floors all night long, stunning décor, a photo booth provided by Photography for Good, liquor tasting tables, and an open bar with sponsored vodka cocktails, wine, and Sapporo beer.

After the party its the hotel lobby…
This weekend I am rockin the the decks at two of San Francisco’s sexiest and most upscale establishments The W Hotel and the Clift Hotel. There is something utterly refreshing about being able to just go in for hours on all the obscure, fun, remixed, deep, nu and fun tracks that dont always have a place somewhere else. Come by for a drink or two…its always a sexy upscale crowd, great drinks, and the possibilites are endless.
Friday – The Living Room at the W Hotel
Saturday – The Redwood Room at the CLift Hotel
and we dont stop…
Its thanksgiving week and that means family, friends and huge nights out on the town. Someone told me that the wednesday before thanksgiving is the biggest bar night in the universe. Someone please check that fact for me. Either way people are ready to rage. This week I am heading down south after the holiday to kick it LA style and potentially soak up some thanksgiving rays.
Friday: Bru Haus 11831 Wilshire Blvd
Saturday: Roosevelt Hotel Hollywood
Saturday Late – I will be attending Lights Down Low Los Angeles takeover. The lineup is savage and this party is going to kick ass.
Should be a banger.
Also this jam is excellent
Dear diary
I was in Vegas for 5 days straight this past week. Thats the longest vegas trip I have ever taken and I can see why its tough to last that long. Luckily there was some work involved and not all play otherwise I may not have survived. It was super hot, and there were tons of people out on the strip so everything was going off. I hit up the season opener of the nightswim party at XS where Tiesto and Robbie Rivera were playing. Tiesto played a surprisingly pop-oriented set. Now I have never taken the time to catch a Tiesto set, but this one sort of fell in my lapand I was surprised it was like a radio set or something. Just remix after remix of pop songs. Either way the place was bananas with a packed dancefloor and a ton of people splashing around and swimming in the pool. Take a look at their promo video from last year…I definitely recommend checking the party out.
New Jamzzz

OTK with Skeet Skeet
Obey the Kitty this week brings you DJ Skeet Skeet out of Los Angeles. Skeet Skeet first popped onto my radar as a member of the group Schwayze when they dropped with a few summer anthems. He has gone on to tour the world with Katy Perry and rock the Vans Warped Tour among other notable accomplishments. Pretty excited to see this guy in action.
